  • Thank you for your interest in having a stall at the upcoming Glenaeon Family Fair which is taking place on 4th Nov 2023 at the Glenaeon Castlecrag Campus, 121 Edinburgh Rd, Castlecrag.

  • Entries close on 15th September 2023. Applications will only be considered once full payment has been received. (Please see the T & C for payment information.)

  • Please note that the submission of an application does not guarantee a place. The Stallholder Convenor will contact you shortly after the closing date of submissions to notify you of the outcome of your submission.

The Glenaeon Family Fair is a community and fundraising event hosted by Glenaeon Parents Association Incorporated (ABN 72 953 615 055) ("the GPA"). The GPA is an association incorporated in NSW and a charity registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC); its members are Glenaeon Rudolf Steiner School Limited ("the School") and parents of students at the School. The GPA is authorised to fundraise for charitable purposes in NSW (Charitable Fundraising Authority no. 17468). Proceeds of funds raised by the GPA (including from the Glenaeon Family Fair) are solely for the benefit of the School.
